A clean self-service experience: submit a maintenance request, request a unit change, track the status, and chat with the team. Designed mobile-first because most requests come from a phone in someone's hand.

The admin side

Operations across multiple compounds in one dashboard. Manage units, residents, requests, and team members. Seven granular roles map to real-life staff (manager, maintenance, security, finance, etc.) — each sees only what they need. Excel-based bulk operations move hundreds of records in one go.

Built for scale

Real-time analytics show request volume, response times, and unit occupancy. The system handles compound-by-compound separation, so a portfolio operator can run multiple properties without bleed.
